e-Invoicing
Otesat-Maritel's web admin service, e-Invoicing is aiming at lowering our customer's costs and improve efficiencies regardless of their company’s size, location or technical ability. It substitutes the paper package of the detailed analysis of telecommunication bills, with an electronic copy. This copy will be usable with company's Accounts Payable department. The register user will also be able to save it or print it, fully or partially.
This service substitutes only the detailed hard copied analysis of our customer's monthly account. The customer will still be receiving each month the original invoice in physical form (paper), but instead of receiving a thick package of detailed traffic analysis per vessel per system, he will be able to download them in pdf format from our "web admin service". Also, a six-month old archive will be accommodated in our electronic archives, for company's perusal.
Before using the service the user should have an account. The account includes a Username and a Password for security reasons, which is provided by Otesat-Maritel. All service's information transfered via the Internet are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, certified by VeriSign, the most recognized name in online security. This means that Otesat-Maritel gives e-Invoicing visitors an easy and reliable way to establish trust online.
